Some records may be retained where necessary for legal obligations, patient safety, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling, security, audit logging, and database referential integrity. This can include appointment history, prescriptions, medical-record-related entries, messages, support tickets, transaction records, and audit logs.
Retained records are kept only as long as required for those purposes and are not kept as an active login account.
If you cannot access the app or need help with a deletion request, contact privacy@tawariapp.com from the email address associated with your account.
