How to request deletion of your Tawari account and what happens to your data.

How to delete your account

  1. Open the Tawari mobile app and sign in to the account you want to delete.
  2. Open the More or profile screen for your role.
  3. Tap Delete Account.
  4. Enter your password and confirm the deletion request inside the app.

Data that is deleted or deactivated

  • Your account login in Supabase Auth is deleted.
  • Your active push notification tokens are deactivated.
  • Your profile identifying fields are anonymized, including your name, avatar, phone number, and notification preferences.

Data that may be retained

Some records may be retained where necessary for legal obligations, patient safety, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling, security, audit logging, and database referential integrity. This can include appointment history, prescriptions, medical-record-related entries, messages, support tickets, transaction records, and audit logs.

Retained records are kept only as long as required for those purposes and are not kept as an active login account.
