TawariApp is a platform that connects patients with doctors. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The content on our platform is for informational purposes only. In case of a medical emergency, please call your local emergency number immediately.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering.
4. Appointments and Cancellations
When you book an appointment, you agree to pay the specified fees. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the appointment time may be subject to a cancellation fee. Doctors reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments in case of emergencies.
5. Code of Conduct
Users must treat doctors and support staff with respect. Any abusive, harassing, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate account termination.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of TawariApp are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
TawariApp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
